Processing, Shipping, and Returns

Processing Timeline

Average order to door fulfillment takes 17 business days to complete a minimum quantity order once the invoice is paid.

  1. Customer. Order is Submitted
  2. Customer. Provide company information for printing
  3. Growegy. Approve Net30 account and send an invoice – 3 business days
  4. Growegy. Order processing:
    1. Confirm details and design fit within guidelines. Any design delay or adjustment will result in delays in production.
    2. Order processing will begin two business days after the invoice is paid. Production will take 5-15 business days depending on order size.
  5. Shipping. Usually takes 5-8 business days.
Shipping Policy

At Growegy, we are pleased to offer nationwide shipping services across the U.S. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time:

  • We provide a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders.
  • Typical delivery time is between 5 to 8 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Please note that delivery may take up to 30 business days due to circumstances beyond Growegy’s control.

Undeliverable or Mistyped Addresses:

  • If an address you provide is unidentifiable by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us.
  • Once we confirm an updated address with you, additional shipping charges may apply for the reshipment.

Returns and Exchanges

At Growegy, we specialize in print-on-demand products, which means all items are custom printed for your order. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit your claim within 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.
  • For packages that are lost due to the postal carrier’s fault, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Stolen products post-delivery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Claims identified as our error will be covered at our expense.
